One day, Eguchi gets a videotape from one of his friends.
Said friend wants to know what's on it, and Eguchi is the only person he knows with a VCR.
On the back of the tape are the words "You'll die if you watch this！".
But he pays no heed. On his TV is now a long-haired woman standing in an alley.
With each blip of noise on the screen, the woman gets ever closer to the viewer.
And the moment her face, hidden by her bangs, covers the entirety of the screen, the tape ends.
But a hand makes it through the screen. And it gets closer…
