Kengo, in place of his frequently absent father, serves as the acting manager of both a dog cafe and a cat cafe.

One day, while eating lunch at college, he receives a sudden call from his father.

Rushing home, Kengo finds… twin sisters?!
Unable to send them away, Kengo, Luna, and Hina begin their shared life together but...
Animal ears suddenly sprout on the sisters’ heads, strange links emerge with Kengo’s occult-obsessed father.
And then townsfolk’s personalities start to shift dramatically.
